Bilston might be a fry cry from the shores of California, but that didn't dampen Colin Pugh's passion of all things surf.

His love affair of street rod began in a Bilston cafe and grew into an almighty collection of memorabilia which boasts a rather impressive 1940 humber.

Colin, who now lives in Cradley Heath paid £120 pounds for the Humber which in turn cost £10,000 to do up.

It is now valued over £12,000, and is currently on loan to Coventry Transport Museum as part of Wheels & Waves exhibition.
