Warren Rudge has worked in Ivan's Fish & Chips, on Reddal Hill Road in Cradley Heath, since he was aged nine. It belonged to his father Ivan, and he has proved to be a chip off the old block.
This year he has revived a festive tradition of battered mince pies and Christmas pudding, served with a helping of Brandy Butter, at the shop.
And the crispy delicacies have been popular with customers, as peckish punters have snapped up 280 pies so far this season and 200 lumps of pud.
