Black Panther serial killer Donald Neilson, who kidnapped and murdered Midland heiress Lesley Whittle, died from pneumonia, his inquest heard today.

Black Panther serial killer Donald Neilson, who kidnapped and murdered Midland heiress Lesley Whittle, died from pneumonia, his inquest heard today.

The 75-year-old was taken to hospital from Norwich jail on Saturday with breathing difficulties and a cough.

Neilson was serving four life sentences. Lesley, of Highley, was the daughter of Kidderminster coach boss George Whittle.
