About 90 jobs are to go with the merger of two spa businesses at a £50million Staffordshire stately home.
About 90 jobs are to go with the merger of two spa businesses at a £50million Staffordshire stately home.
The owners of Hoar Cross Hall Spa Resort and Eden Day Spa near Lichfield are consulting with around 400 staff over the changes.
The merger will take place in the New Year and probably become Hoar Cross Hall Hotel and Spa Resort.
It is owned by Walsall-born Stephen Joynes and his family including son Stephen Joynes Junior who runs Eden Day Spa.
The Joynes' appointed AAC Group Ltd as consultants in September to look at the future of the businesses in the current economic climate. They carried out a financial and operational review.
The process of restructuring is expected to take between two to three months to complete.
