Dozens of people staying on wards at the beleaguered trust filed 121 complaints to health chiefs over the way they were spoken to or treated by staff.
The Weston Road hospital was the worst in the Black Country and Staffordshire for the number of complaints over attitude and behaviour during the 2010 calendar year clocking up an average of more than 10 each month.
Cannock Hospital, run by the same trust, had seven complaints.
Stafford's total is more than double the 53 complaints the next worst trust received.
Elsewhere in the region Wolverhampton's New Cross Hospital had 53 complaints over attitude and behaviour.
Kidderminster Hospital had 49 complaints, while Dudley's Russells Hall Hospital had 27 complaints.
Sandwell Hospital had 25 complaints while Walsall's Manor Hospital had 21.
