He has been dancing since the age of four and now the Black Country's own Billy Elliot has pirouetted his way into a London ballet school.

Bradley Davidson is one of only 38 pupils to be accepted for a place at the Central School of Ballet.

The nimble-footed 17-year-old beat hundreds of other applicants to win his spot on the three year course, which will also see him tour the country to perform.

Bradley, from Kingswinford, has now finished his first few weeks at CSB where he says he is enjoying his chance to shine.

"It's really good and exciting. It was nerve-wracking to move to London but it's going well," he said.
