The granddaughter of a partially blind 92-year-old woman from Brownhills has denied murdering her.
Sheila Jones, aged 36, is accused of killing Daisy Myring on May 31.
The mother-of-two, of Brownhills Road, Norton Canes, appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court yesterday to deny murdering the pensioner, who was found with head injuries at her home in Albion Road.
The case was adjourned and Jones remanded in custody until her next appearance at the court in November.
