Homes plan at Lichfield hotel site

A former hotel in Staffordshire may be converted into homes.

The Olde Corner House Hotel at Muckley Corner, near Lichfield, closed down last year.

A scheme to change the use of part of the site into four homes with new garages has just been submitted to Lichfield District Council by N H Planning, of Sutton Coldfield.

The 23-bedroom hotel, featuring two restaurants and a pub lounge bar, had a two-star rating.
