A dilapidated row of shops in Wednesbury, which became a magnet for anti-social behaviour, will be demolished as Sandwell Council sheds surplus property.

Bosses will give traders the chance to buy the freeholds of their shops.

The businesses are in Oldbury, West Bromwich and Wednesbury.

Existing leaseholders will be given first choice on the offers until the end of this month, before going on the open market if they remain unsold.
