Supernanny Jo Frost shared her parenting tips and signed copies of her new book at Dudley's Merry Hill Centre today.

The television star was at Waterstone's as part of a promotional tour for her latest release – Confident Toddler Care.

"I've written a baby book so this was the next step. It's for anybody raising a toddler and will help from the first year to the fifth year," she said. "It's a wonderful time in both the parents' and child's lives.

The star, who is famous for promoting the naughty step, shares her time between the UK and United States where she also has a show. She said:?"The cultures are different but the issues are still the same."

Her latest programme in this country is Extreme Parental Guidance which is on Channel 4 on Wednesday nights.

Among the 60 people queuing to meet the 41-year-old today was mother-of-two Julie Wills, aged 34, from Stourbridge who took along eight-week-old baby Matthew. She said:?"I watch all Jo's programmes. They offer a lot of useful advice."
