Emergency repairs costing around £500 have now been put in place at the Age Concern Elton Centre in Stourbridge to avoid further destruction from predicted downpours at the weekend.
Centre manager Joe Green said today volunteers and staff were devastated that £2,200 raised at a charity gala on June 25 would now have to go towards repairing the damage caused by the criminals.
