DFS moving to new home in Cannock

Furniture giant DFS is on the move to a brand new Cannock store after a £5.8million redevelopment at an out-of-town site.

The retailer has signed a 20-year lease on a two-acre site at Longford Island on the A5 Watling Street.

The store will be built on the site of the former Exclusive Leather Sofas, which is to be demolished.

Its current store is on the Linkway Retail Park in Cannock, opposite the new site.
