Two men were arrested today on suspicion of conspiring to kill Walsall skip hire boss Richard Deakin.

The pair, aged 61 and 33, of Bilston, were being quizzed at a Staffordshire police station about Mr Deakin, 27, being shot twice with a sawn-off shotgun.

Mr Deakin, who ran Walsall-based On Time Skips, died of chest wounds after being shot in his bed at home in Meadway Street, Chasetown, on July 5.

Two Bilston men in their early 20s were previously arrested over the murder. They remain on police bail.

Police say they believe those behind the murder have links to Wolverhampton, Tipton and Coseley.

BBC's Crimewatch showed chilling CCTV images of a hitman walking through Mr Deakin's back garden in December.

Cameras captured the gunman walk past a Wendy house and children's buggies before going into the home.

A black Vauxhall Corsa used by the killers was found abandoned in Coppy Nook Lane between Chasetown and Hammerwich,
