This is the first picture of tragic driving instructor Kelly Partridge, who died in a horror crash in West Bromwich.

The popular 34-year-old died as the Ford Fiesta she was driving burst into flames after a head-on crash with a Citroen Saxo on Greets Green Road, on Sunday.

She and friend Tracy Chambers, a Fiesta passenger, died along with Joanne Ralley and Ashley Simpson, in the Saxo. Four others needed hospital treatment.

Kelly and Tracy were among six friends who had been out in Birmingham to celebrate after Tracy passed her driving test.

A page on social networking website Facebook has been set up in memory of Kelly who lived with partner Chris Williams in Hall Green Road, West Bromwich. Amongst those posting tributes were former pupils.

Vinny Varden said: "RIP Kelly, gone but never forgotten. Best driving instructor about. We had some laughs on my lessons. I'll never forget them. My thoughts are with your family for their loss."
