David Worrall held a police press conference in Birmingham one week after the Brownhills grandmother was found dead with a head injury by carers.
The 44-year-old from Halesowen said:?"Seven days ago my grandmother, the kindest most caring of elderly ladies was killed in her own home. We all miss her dearly and need help catching her killer or killers so we can get some semblance of closure from the personal nightmare.
Mr Worrall, who was with wife Frances and Mrs Myring's niece Kelly Lee, added:?"We need everybody's help."
Police today revealed that a third woman had been arrested and bailed on suspicion of murder. A man and a woman from Cannock have been released on police bail.
