The trial of a man accused of murdering a wedding guest who was stabbed to death in the Black Country has been halted.
Ricky Shaw, aged 22, of no fixed address, had denied the murder of Tom Berry, the attempted murder of two other men and assaulting his half brother Adam Shaw in Lichfield Street, Bilston, on July 10 last year.
Judge John Warner discharged jurors at Wolverhampton Crown Court yesterday afternoon for legal reasons. Another trial will be held in due course, at a date to be fixed.
