Bomb scare seals off roads in Stourbridge

Birmingham Street and Foster Street, Stourbridge, were sealed off after a passenger reported a suspect package on the top deck of a National Express bus.
Birmingham's Children's Hospital was also at the centre of a drama over a suspicious package discovered there.
In Stourbridge, passengers were evacuated from the vehicle in Birmingham Street and a police cordon was set up, causing traffic holdups around the ring road and Amblecote High Street.
Bomb disposal experts declared the package harmless at 3pm and residents were allowed home at 4pm.
Meanwhile, Steelhouse Lane outside Birmingham Children's Hospital, was cordoned off at 1pm yesterday, after reports a package had been found.It was found to be a genuine delivery.
