Firefighters had to rescue a two-year-old girl after she got trapped in her family's third floor flat.

Firefighters had to rescue a two-year-old girl after she got trapped in her family's third floor flat.

The little girl closed the front door which her mother had left ajar while taking rubbish out to the bin in Meldon Drive, Bilston.

Watch commander Andy Rainey from Bilston fire station, said: "The little girl was very distressed but we tried to keep her calm by talking through the letter box."
