A £250,000 transformation of the former Flying Dutchman in Merry Hill into new venture Indigo is nearing completion.
Owner Sukvinder Chima, who runs Costcutter in Deans Road, Easfield, said today: "We have had lots of inquires about when it is re-opening and most people living within a mile of the building want to see it brought back into use.
"The restaurant will employ between 10-12 local people and the posts will be advertised from October 22.
"It is going to be probably the biggest of its kind in Wolverhampton and will all be on one floor."
Opening is planned for the first week of November.
