Miss Bowater, aged 20 of Tipton, was front-seat passenger in a silver Mitsubishi Lancer that lost control and hit a concrete bollard and metal railings in Birmingham.

The crash happened in Golden Hillock Road, Small Heath, on Friday.
Another female passenger is in hospital with leg injuries and a 40-year-old Solihull man charged with causing death by dangerous driving and failing to provide a specimen, was due to appear in court in Birmingham today.
