Princess Anne cancelled a visit to the Black Country today blaming "adverse weather conditions".
She was due at the Beacon Centre for the Blind in Sedgley to mark the official opening of its new £18 million building.
The Princess Royal was also expected to call into RMD Kwikform UK of Walsall, which helped put the roof on the Olympics Aquatic Centre, but bosses confirmed she had cancelled.
