The daughter of a woman who was found dead at her Cradley Heath home along with her son has come forward following an appeal.

Vera Hill, aged 75, and son Trevor, 52, were found by police.

Officers forced their way into the home in Victoria Road on January 28 after concerns from neighbours.

Now Mrs Hill's daughter came forward after an appeal and their inquests will be able to take place.

Police are treating the deaths as unexplained and are still waiting on the results of the post mortems. Once they are in, their bodies will be released for a funeral.

They had no obvious injuries and carbon monoxide poisoning has been ruled out.

Smethwick Coroners Office issued an appeal to trace the Hills' next of kin in the E&S and coroner investigator Margaret Collins said today Mrs Hill's daughter had now come forward as a result.

The inquest is on Friday.
