Cannabis plants found in loft
Police swooped on a house in Sedgley recovering cannabis plants with an estimated street value of £6,000.

Officers stormed the three-bedroom terraced house in Uplands Drive. Three people were arrested following the swoop around 10.30am. Officers from Sedgley police station say the raid was a success and shows they are committed to ridding the streets of the "evil" of drugs They discovered 40 fully grown cannabis plants in the loft.
A cupboard in the wall had a hole cut through the ceiling and a ladder had been used to get access to the loft.
A further 25 cannabis shoots were found hidden in boxes in a room upstairs.
Acting Sergeant Andrea Danks, based at Sedgley police station, said the raid followed a tip off from the public that cannabis was being grown at the address.
She said: "Every operation we carry out where we stop drugs from getting onto the streets is a huge success.
"Drugs are an evil and we always take robust action to tackle those intent on dealing in this lucrative operation.
"In this case we acted on the intelligence very quickly. If we did not act now there is a danger the drugs could end up on the streets or the operation could grow."
Police had been gathering intelligence over a two week period before they made their strike.
"We always take any information from the public about drugs very seriously and would urge people to call us if they have any suspicions," added Sgt Danks.
A woman aged 42 and two men aged 48 and 22 who were at the address were arrested.
Police were waiting for the electric company to come in and switch off the supply so they could carry out a thorough search of the loft
