A woman has pleaded guilty to four charges of fraud and one of theft against the 5th Cradley Heath Brownies troupe.

Beverley Turner, aged 48 of Dalvine Road, Dudley Wood, appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court yesterday.

She was accused of signing four cheques to herself totalling £603.50, plus stealing a further 16 cheques. She asked for a further 12 offences to be taken into consideration.

The case was adjourned to November 30.
