A 48-year-old man was today cleared by a jury of causing the death of Shropshire teenager Sarah James by dangerous driving.

A 48-year-old man was today cleared by a jury of causing the death of Shropshire teenager Sarah James by dangerous driving.

The jury sitting at Hereford Crown Court found Mark Tissiman, of Bewdley, guilty of an alternative charge of careless driving following the accident in June last year in which Miss James, 19, of Highley, suffered fatal injuries.
