A jury was today continuing its deliberations into the case of a lifeguard accused of being distracted on the day a father of three died in a Black Country pool.
Richard Leek, of Broad Lane South, Wednesfield, has denied a breach of duty at work by failing to take reasonable care of pool users at the Walsall Campus of Wolverhampton University in July, 2006.
Leek's co-accused Alex Cotterill, 28, of Leighton Road, Wolverhampton, was found guilty of the same offence on Friday.
