Three flee as blaze hits flat

Two women and a child fled their homes as fire hit a Black Country flat today.

Fire broke out at the flat above Marks and Spots Cleaning Centre, Windmill Hill, Cradley, shortly after 2.30am. The owner and her neighbours escaped.
