Trade is hit by sat naffs

Trade has been hit at a Kidderminster shop because sat navs are directing clients to the wrong address.

Derek Bonnett, of the Best Copy Shop in Worcester Street, said his postcode is not being picked up by some sat navs. Instead people are being directed to Worcester Road half a mile away.

"This time of year is the most important for me, as clients want calendars printed," said Mr Bonnett.

Clare Alderman, bar manager at the nearby Tap House, said the issue had been going on for some time.
