Hit and run by van man

A woman with a child in a pushchair was knocked to the ground by a reversing van in Kidderminster today.

The male van driver did not stop after the woman was hit in Blackwell Street at about 9.50am.

She had soreness to her lower back but did not need treatment. The van did not hit the pushchair and the child was unhurt.

The driver, described as white, greying and wearing a black T-shirt made an offensive gesture to the woman and drove off.
