60 arrests, 1100 injured at V Fest
Sixty music fans were arrested and more than 1,100 treated for injuries at Weston Park's V Festival over the weekend, figures revealed today.
The 48-hour music marathon at Weston Park, near Wolverhampton, saw more than 152 crimes reported, mainly of people stealing valuables left inside tents.
Around 170 people were also cautioned by police.

Music fans were given treatment for a range of injuries, including wasp stings, dehydration, sun burn, blisters and broken bones after falls.
Crowds were today starting the leave the grounds of the stately home to make way for the massive clean-up operation. Revellers were being breathalysed by police leaving the site this morning. Queues of traffic was building up along the A5 today.
