Protestors will don swimwear when they take their fight to save Coseley baths to Dudley Council House tonight.
Dozens of residents clad in bikinis and trunks will greet councillors arriving for the full council meeting as they up the protests ahead of the building's scheduled closure next month.
Council chiefs say the pool, in Pear Tree Lane, needs £2 million of repairs including £1 million of urgent work to make the roof safe.
They claim they cannot spare the cash but campaigners are targeting tonight's meeting at which councillors will vote on a 14 per cent pay rise.
The increase, recommended by the council's semi-independent standards committee, would see politicians pocket an extra £1,000 a year.
