A man who died after falling through the roof of a West Midland factory building has been named as 62-year-old Terrance Bull.

A man who died after falling through the roof of a West Midland factory building has been named as 62-year-old Terrance Bull.
An inquest was to be opened at Smethwick Coroner's Court this morning.
Mr Bull, aged 62, was carrying out an assessment ahead of a multi-million pound expansion of Valen Fittings in Westgate, Aldridge, last Tuesday when he fell 20ft.
The Health and Safety Executive is carrying out an investigation. A 60-year-old man also fell and suffered pelvic injuries.
