Hanging baskets worth £500 have been stolen from a nursery in South Staffordshire in the latest garden centre raid to hit the region.

A total of 36 baskets were stolen and a greenhouse destroyed at Bobbington Nurseries in Manor Lane. The arrangements had already been sold and landlord John Donovan is now offering a £1,000 reward for information leading to the conviction of those responsible.

It follows a £50,000 theft of equipment at Outdoor Creation Ltd in Swindon, South Staffordshire, and a £1,500 raid of products from Old Tree Nursery in Wolverhampton. Witnesses should call 0300 123 4455.
