Euro MP Neena Gill will be visiting Bewdley to greet visitors from the town's twin in Vellmar, Germany.

Town traders have joined forces with the Twinning Association to make the town the first in Britain to use the Euro… although only for this weekend.

The town has been declared a Euro Zone to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the signing of the twinning agreement with the German town. Shops will trade in pounds and Euros.
