Thousands of people will take to the roads in the next few days to make the most of the bank holiday.
A total of 37 sets of roadworks have been completed nationwide and a further 50 were being suspended, including seven in the West Midlands. But roadworks at 32 locations, including nine in the West Midlands, will remain in place.
Those being temporarily removed will not be put back before a minute past midnight on Tuesday.
On the buses National Express West Midlands will operate a Saturday timetable tomorrow, and Sunday services on Easter Sunday and Monday.
Virgin Trains on the West Coast Main Line between London and Glasgow is facing the biggest disruption from Good Friday to Easter Sunday.
Network Rail is spending £55 million on engineering work with 4,500 people working 200,000 hours.
Replacement buses will run between Birmingham New Street, Sandwell, Dudley and Wolverhampton because of work on a new £22 million tunnel at Tipton being slowly jacked into place over the break.
From tomorrow buses replace local London Midland trains between Birmingham New Street and Wolverhampton. Hourly services will run between Birmingham New Street and Rugeley Trent Valley and buses replace trains between Lichfield Trent Valley and Blake Street.
Arriva Trains Wales services will start and end at Wolverhampton, rather than Birmingham, while London Midland trains will be diverted via Bescot Stadium, and not call at stations along the Coseley and Smethwick Galton Bridge line. Buses will replace trains on that route.
On Sunday and Monday, coaches will also replace Virgin Trains services between Wolverhampton and Stoke-On-Trent.

* M42 Junction 10 to 11, Tamworth, technology upgrade
* A49 Dorrington, resurfacing
* A49 Hereford, junction improvements
