Plea over victim's relatives
An appeal has gone out to trace the next of kin of a Tipton pensioner who died after being knocked down by a cement lorry.

Donald Moss, aged 82, from Groveland Road, was killed at 8.15am last Tuesday at the junction of Dudley Port and Sedgley Road East as he returned home from buying his morning newspaper.
At the opening of his inquest in Smethwick Pc Jason Dooley said the police had as yet failed to get in touch with any of his family.
He told the hearing Mr Moss was crossing the junction of Sedgley Road East when the accident happened. Anyone who can help trace the family should call police on 0845 113 5000.
