Mr Price, aged 19, sustained a fatal stab wound to the chest on a car park off the Hartlebury Road at about 5.30pm on Friday.
The woman sustained other injuries. She was treated in hospital but has now been released.
The charges were announced in a joint statement issued by West Mercia Crown Prosecution Service and West Mercia Police last night.
A woman remains in custody and is continuing to help police with their enquiries.
Four women arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender have been released on police bail, pending further inquiries.
Mr Price's family, his mother Eileen, father Fred and siblings Charlene and Freddie yesterday paid tribute to him as a loving and generous man.
"No-one had a bad word to say about him. He was well-liked and will be very much missed," they said.
