Balloon launch poses wildlife risk

The Mayor of Dudley has been urged to ditch a balloon launch to mark this year's St George's Day celebrations in Dudley – in case they disturb birds.

The event in the town centre was due to be kicked off with the release of hundreds of red and white balloons.
