Whether you're a first-time buyer, moving to accommodate a growing family, downsizing to a smaller property or looking to buy as an investment, Bryant can offer both practical and financial help.

'Market Mover', for example, allows buyers to reserve a new Bryant home at an agreed fixed price, even if they still have a house to sell.

Bryant will then market the existing property, organising everything from valuations and instructing estate agents to covering the cost of agents' fees.

Bryant Homes is also offering a special package of practical and financial help to get people moving.

The initiative includes providing a Home Information Pack free of charge, covering the cost of Stamp Duty and arranging a full home removals service.

First-time buyers looking to get on the property ladder could save thousands of pounds with Bryant Homes' 'Move in for £99' package.

The scheme sees Bryant take much of the financial strain of buying a first home by paying the five per cent deposit, stamp duty, £500 towards legal costs and £500 towards mortgage fees, leaving buyers to find just a £99 reservation fee.

Purchasers could also save thousands of pounds for the first year in their new home, with the housebuilder covering the cost of their mortgage up to the value of £600 per month.

Buy-to-let purchasers are being offered an unbeatable deal which sees them receive a guaranteed return on their investment.

Under a new scheme, the housebuilder will pay the rental income for the first year. The amount offered is based on the individual property but could be up to five per cent of the mortgage.

Options

Graydon Worthing, regional sales and marketing director, says: 'We understand the financial and practical burdens that buyers can face when they move home and have come up with a range of options that really help.

"Our packages have been designed to offer bespoke solutions for a range of buyers and we'd encourage those looking for a new home in the New Year to talk to our experienced homes consultants about the right scheme for them."

Bryant's new packages are being offered on selected properties at five developments across the Black Country. Trinity Grange is a select apartment development of 116 well-sized two-bedroom homes, while The Spires is a collection of family homes on Church Avenue.

Incentives are also available at The Hedgerows in Dudley - a new development of two, three and four-bedroom houses.

Westminster Place in Rushall is an intimate collection of four-bedroom detached homes and Monmore Grange in Wolverhampton offers a range of apartments, townhouses and detached homes within easy reach of the city centre.
