The price of petrol at the pumps has soared to a new high with motorists across the West Midlands and Staffordshire shocked at the hike.

We want to know how much YOU are paying for fuel.

New figures have revealed that the average cost of a litre of unleaded petrol is now above £1 - but some prices are well above that figure.

The average petrol price in the country now beats the previous record of 98.54p reached on August 1, 2006. Average diesel prices have also reached a record high at 102.45p a litre.
