Connor's amazing attendance
A primary school pupil from Coseley has earned a big tick next to his name after racking up three years without a single day off sick.

Wallbrook Primary School pupil Connor Bridgwood, aged seven, has never missed school since starting as a reception pupil – the equivalent to almost 1,000 consecutive days.
Headteacher Clare Longden said the youngster's dedication was a shining example to other pupils.
"It's an amazing achievement," she said. "We were pleased the first year he managed it, but he's got the treble now so we are very proud of him. He's a lovely, smashing lad, always well presented, works hard and is always polite. He's a credit to himself, his parents and the school."
Mum Cheryl Bridgwood, from Vicarage Road West, said she couldn't believe her luck to have such an enthusiastic son.
"He must be the only child of his age to have managed it," she said. "He does get good grades, but it's his enthusiasm more than anything else that sets him apart.
"He's so keen I have to pinch myself sometimes."
