TV Bob to host Question Time

Planned as a monthly event, the aim of the new project is to gather key councillors and senior officers under one roof and allow up to 200 members of the public to put them on the spot and ask them questions. The first Councillor Question Time will take place on July 17 at 7pm at Keele University Medical School lecture theatre and will be open to anyone who wishes to attend. On the panel will be Councillor John Taylor, leader of Staffordshire County Council and local member for Kidsgrove and Talke; Councillor Ian Parry, local member for Stone Rural; Councillor Susan Woodward, cabinet member for healthier communities and older people; and Nigel Pursey, chief executive of Staffordshire County Council.
At each event, the panel will consist of local members, a cabinet representative and a senior officer from the council.
After the event, which will last around 90 minutes, there will also be a chance to meet and mingle with the panel and enjoy some light refreshments.
