The event, set to take place tomorrow, is part of the Dynamics 07 International Puppetry Festival in partnership with the Museum of Cannock Chase. "This traditional puppet hero of the 19th Century Russian fairgrounds makes his very first visit to the UK in the hands of Moscow puppet company Tut I Am (Here and There). Mr Jeavons said the Valley Road museum's own Mr Punch would also be performing and there would be puppet-making workshops.
Visitors to the museum will also be able to listen to live music, a gift shop, coffee shop, walks, exhibitions and galleries. All activities and Puppet shows are free.
