Cigarette sympathy
I would consider Mr Dearn to be one of the most unfortunate men in Wolverhampton for having been fined £60 for the offence of discarding a cigarette end in town.

It's a pity the law enforcers don't take a trip down Dudley Street, as I did this morning.
There was a sea of fag ends littering the area, and at £60 a go, the revenue could go a long way to reduce the council tax.
