Regarding Helena Camwell's scathing attack on mobility scooters (January 29).

I drive a mobility scooter and my biggest problem is brain dead motorists who wait at traffic lights without indicating right or left.

When the lights change in their favour they indicate and turn (very often not even indicating), right at some unsuspecting pedestrian or scooter driver.

Unlike Ms Camwell I have so far resisted the urge to ask for government legislation to deal with these morons.

If Ms Camwell will give me her two good legs I will gladly give her my two crippled ones (and the pain and suffering that goes with them), and my mobility scooter.

Don't tar everyone with the same brush Ms Camwell!
