Do I qualify for asylum?

Devolution for Scotland resulted in free tuition for university students north of the border, while their English counterparts are forced to take out crippling student loans to fund their tuition fees.

The Welsh Assembly has scrapped all prescription charges for all Welsh nationals with its borders, but English tourists obtaining necessary medication within Wales will be required to pay normal NHS charges. English taxpayers are said to fund Scottish and Welsh nationals to the tune of £1,500 per head of population.

As an Englishman, funding a variety of asylum seeking immigrants from across the globe, and now supporting benefits for our British neighbours to which I am not entitled, do I qualify for political asylum in the devolved countries of the UK?

Alternatively, perhaps our political leaders should be granted asylum - in a mental institution!
