A solution for Israel

Having served for some time in Palestine and Lebanon during the Second World War I have always had an interest in those previously lovely countries, and no more so than during the present trying times.

Having served for some time in Palestine and Lebanon during the Second World War I have always had an interest in those previously lovely countries, and no more so than during the present trying times.

There are vast areas of empty country in America, and perhaps the nation of Israel, lock, stock and barrel, could be transplanted there.

And surely the Israelis, being a religious people, would not object to have a national home in "God's Own Country".

If such a move could be engineered, and the Americans have the ability to carry out gigantic tasks, many of the present ills of the world could be cured.
