I write with reference to Tony Blair's plans for his impending departure by appearing on various TV and radio shows. May I offer him my services?
I've got a day off next Tuesday and am more than willing to get up early, set off for London, pick up Tony and personally drive him round to all the places he wants to visit to say his goodbyes.
That way we can get it all done and dusted in a day and there will be no need for him to hang around in power any longer. Tell him I won't even ask him for any money towards the petrol - just so long as he quits!
