Wolverhampton Grand to sponsor racecourse Ladies Day featuring Liam Payne performance
Wolverhampton's Grand Theatre is to be official sponsor of the Ladies Day meeting at the city's racecourse.
Wolverhampton pop star Liam Payne will be performing after the racing at the event on August 22.
Vicky Price, associate director of development and communications at the theatre, said: “Wolverhampton Grand Theatre is very much rooted in the local community, entertaining audiences and supporting community groups in the city and throughout the Black Country. We’re therefore delighted to support our partners at Wolverhampton Racecourse, who are bringing another major event to the city. As well as looking forward to a great day of racing and fashion at Ladies Day, we’re especially thrilled that this event features local performer Liam Payne."
Racecourse executive director David Roberts said: “As a racecourse, we are delighted that the Wolverhampton Grand Theatre are supporting what is one of our biggest events held here at the racecourse annually. We look forward to working with the Grand Theatre and strengthening our relationship."
