Audition time for pantomime cast at Stafford Gatehouse
Auditions are being held this week to join the ensemble cast of this year’s panto at Stafford Gatehouse.
Prime Pantomimes are looking for junior and senior ensemble members to appear alongside the professional cast of Peter Pan this Christmas.
Hosted at the Stafford Gatehouse Theatre this Sunday, auditionees are invited to show their stuff for a chance to share the stage with Coronation Street and EastEnders star, Ian Reddington as Captain Hook and Corey Jones as Peter Pan.
Performance and dance ability are a must but previous theatre experience is not essential.
This will be an opportunity to work with a whole host of professional talents under the directorship of Gerry Tebbutt and choreographer Xena Gusthart.
The auditions will last approximately two hours for the juvenile ensemble and one hour for the senior ensemble, with auditonees being notified via e-mail as to whether or not they have been successful.
Juvenile hopefuls will also be considered for the role of Michael Darling.
The performance will run from December 13 until January 5.
Application forms are available to download from website primepantomimes.com
Hopefuls should ensure this is filled out and brought with them on September 15, registration to take place at 10.30am – 11am at Stafford Gatehouse Theatre.
